Two days of heavy fog in London is seriously interfering with traffic in the streets, causing stoppages in the buses and trams, and numerous* minor accidents are reported. It is also affecting Paris, from whence three railway accidents are reported, though there were no serious casualties. A dozen persons were hurt through a tram collision.
