FOG IN LONDON AND PARIS.
DISLOCATION OF TRAFFIC. Press Association.—Copyright. (Received 12.31 p.m.) London, January 12. Two days of heavy fog in London is seriously interfering with traffic in the streets, causing stoppages in the buses and trams, and numerous* minor accidents are reported. It is also affecting Paris, from whence three railway accidents are reported, though there were no serious casualties. A dozen persons were hurt through a tram collision.
