STOCK SALE REPORTS. HAMILTON. The Farmers' Co-op. Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report:— AVe held our usual weekly stock sale at Frauktou yards on Tuesday, 23rd December, where we had an average yarding of beef and mutton and a small number of fat and store pigs. Beef and nilitton wore firm at late rates. Medium fat steers £9 16s to £lO 16s, prime young fat cows £7 10s to £B, medium £6 10s to £7 ss, light £5 to £6, unfinished £3 19s to £4 12s Gd, 2-year-old Holsrtein cross heifers £3 •Is, Jerseys £3 19s, good quality 18mon'ths Shorthorn heifers £2 13s to £2 15s. Fat wethers 36s 9d to 38s. light 355, fat ewes 28s Gd to 30s 6d, fat lambs 3'ls Gd, small unfinished'' lambs 18s 3d. Pigs.—Light porkers £2 3s, slips 345, best weaners 265. small 13s to 1.75.
