ROUNDING UP COMMUNISTS.

A PARIS SENSATION. 4000 ARRESTS MADE. (Press Association.) Paris, December 7. Eight hundred police and Republican Guards raided the Communist quarters at the suburb of Bobigny, paying special attention to the Leninist school, where alleged seditious instruction is given. Four hundred arrests were made, 70 of whom were detained, including a Communist ex-Deputy. It is stated that documents were found revealing a plot to effect a Communist coup. The police intend raiding other suburbs in search of stores of hidden rifles.
