CIVIL JUDGMENTS. At the Magistrate’s Court this week, before Mr F. W. Platts, S.M., judgment was entered for plaintiff by default, with costs according to scale, in the following cases:—A. E. Will v. D. A. Vincent, £l3 10s (costs only), Barraud and Abraham v. F. R. Ellis, £4 Is 7d. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. M. R. Mcßae v. G. Turner, £ls 11s. To be paid forthwith, in default three days; warrant suspended on payment of £2 per month. Colonial Rubber Co. v. H. R. Martin, £2O 15s sd. To ho paid forthwith, in default three days; warrant suspended on payment of £2 per month.
