IRISH AFFAIRS.
A CONCERT FORBIDDEN. STREET FIRING. Received 9.40 a.m. London, Jane 5. The authorities forbade a concert in Dublin in memory of Connolly, who was executed after the Easter rebellion. The police, in endeavouring to disperse ths crowds, fired and four constables and two civilians were wounded.
