ALLIANCE WITH AMERICA. By Telegraph-—Press Association. —GopyrigOJ Received 9.30 a.m. Berlin, June 4. An attempt bas been made in German Government circles to form a commercial alliance with the United States with the object of allowing the United States to take control of Germany on behalf of the Allies, b'Jt enjoying special trade privileges.
Tbe purpose is obviously to influence American action.
