Up to March 31 last 125 chaplains had been despatched on service with the New Zealand Expeditionary Force, and out of that number 89 were still serving abroad. Four chaplains had been killed in action, and 10 had been decorated by His Majesty the King for distinguished and meritorious service. The supply of suitable chaplains for sprvici-5 with our troops oversea, and in the training camps in New Zealand, has been well maintained, states General Robin, and the churches have rendered valuable assistance in the selection of clergymen for sen'ice abroad.

These are the Southport Speed Trials, when 84 miles per hour was attained, the Hill Climb Test at One Tree Hill, the Brisbane-Toowoomba Record of 85 miles, and last, this 620 mile run from Sydney to Brisbane, beating the best previous record by 6 hours 24-minutes.
