NEW ZEALAND CERTIFICATE QUESTIONED. By Received 'J.S a.m. Sydney, This Day. In the case of Meredith and Co. v. Foley, judgment favoured defendants, the judge remarking that the good sound, bright chaff, bs certified by the New Zealand Government grader, Was not equal to the beßt quality chaff. A stay of execution was granted until June UOth.
