A telegram from Durazzi states the insurgents on Sunday demanded that the French and Servian Ministers should be handed over. Later they attacked the town. Easad Pasha appealed to the Italian Legation, and the waships Misurata and Srdegua silenced the insurgents. The Italian, French and Servian Legations embarked on the warships.
