The much-discussed . question of motor car traction in the County was referred to at the Council meeting on Monday evening. The chairman said the subject had stuck up the County Conference and the Government. Cr Johnston Baid the Rangitikei Council had agreed on the matter. , arid the only dispute was whether they would tax the smell or the speed.
