OTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Waitomo County Council at itß next meeting to be held on Monday, -October 19th, 19i4, in accordance with the provisions of "The Counties Act, 1908, ' "The Rating Act, 1308," and ments thereto, to maka and levy a General Rate of five-eighths of a penny in the pound on the Capital Value of alll ratable property separately within the Aria Riding, Hangatiki Riding, Waitomo Riding, Otorohanga Riding, Paemako Riding, Te Kuiii Riding, Mairoa Riding, Te Rauamoa Riding, and Tangitu Riding within thß Waitomo County, and A Separate Rate of one-farthing in the pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within the WaipaPirongia Bridge Separate Rating Area, in accordance with Special Order made on January 19tb, 1914. And also a separate Rate of one-farthing in the pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within the Hutiwae Separate Rating Area, in accordance with Special Order made on January 19th, 1914. Such rates to be for a period commencing on the .first day of April, 1914, and ending on the 31st day of March,'l9ls, and to be payable in one sum on the second day of November, 1914.
