NOTICE ib hereby gioen that at a Special Meeting of the Waitomo County Council, held on Monday. 19th day of January, 1914, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Waitomo County Council to be held on Monday, February 16th, 1914, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamberß, Taupiri street, Te Kuiti. RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL ORDER. Levying a separate rate under section 119 of the Counties Act, 1908, over the Waipa-Pirongia Bridge Separate Rating Area to secure re payment of £450 and interest advanced by the Waitomo Countv Council as its share, towards the cost of construe tion of a traffic bridge over the Waipa river at Pirongia. In ex«rciae of the powers conferred on it by section 119 of the Counties Act. 1908, the Waitomo County Council hereby resolve by way of a Special Order as follows. That for the purpose of providing £450 and interest the Waitomo Cuunty Council's share of the cost of constructing a bridge over the Waipa river at Pirongia known as the Waipa Pirongia traffic bridge, the Waitomo County Council hereby levies a Separate Rate of one farthing in the pound on the Capital Value of all rataole property within the Waipa Pirongia Bridge Special Rating Area and that such rate shall be an annual recurring rate for a period of ten years or until the amount haß been fully repaid such rate tu be payable yearly on the first day of October in each and every year or until such amount has been fully repaid. WAIPA PIRONGIA BRIDGE SEPARATE RATING AREA. Commencing at the South-East boundary of section O.L.C. Block 12, Pirongia survey district, fronting the Waipa river thence in an Easterly direction following the Southern Boundaries of section 11. 10, and Kopua No. IK section 2 block 12, Pirongia Kopua No. 1L sections 8, 9, 7, 7a, 5, 6 and 4 to the County boundary thence along the County boundary in a northerly direction to trig Mahaukura No. 1922, thence in an easterly direction along the County boundary to the Waipa river thence by the Waipa river in a southerly direction to the starting point. In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 119 of the Counties Act, 1908, the Waitomo County Council hereby resolve by way of Sppcial Order as follows. That for the purpose of providing £SO and interest advanced by the Waitomo County Council towards forming and culverting the Hutiwae road the Waitomo County Council hereby levies a separate rate of one farthing in the pound on the Capital Value of section 2 block 5 Orahiri survey district, section 4 block 10 Orahiri, section 5 block 10 Orahiri, and Hauturu East B No. 2 section 2B 2E No l,and that such rate shall be an annual recurring rate for a period of five years or until the amount has been fully repaid, such rate to be payable yearly on the first day of October in each and every year or until such amount has been fully repaid. OWNERS of dogs within the Waitomo County are reminded that the following fees have been fixed for registration of dogs, in accordance with the "Dog Registration Act, 1908," and amendments thereto. Sheep and Cattle Dogß, 2b 6d each. Fox Terriers only, 2s 6d each. Sporting and all other dogs, 5s each. Such registration to be recorded before March 3lßt, 1914.
