THE WOOL EXPORT.

According to Messrs Dalgety and Co., the wool export from Australasia for the nine months ended March 31st, shows a decline of no less than 225,386 bales compared with the export for the corresponding period of the previous season. A decrease was exhibited in every State of the Commonwealth, Victoria showing a decease of 127,411 bales, and New South Wales 98,193 bales, the other decreases were: Queensland, 1fi,995 bales; South Australia, 10,293 bales; Western Australia, 6387 bales. New Zealand showed an increase of 25,261 bales and Tasmania an increase of 8632 bales.
