A PROGRESSIVE BOROUGH.
MUNICIPAL DWELLINGS FOR HAMILTON. [IIY TELEGRAPH. —J'BKSS ASSOCIATION.] Hamilton, This Day. The Hamilton Borough Council last night approved of the Mayor's scheme of municipal dwellings. Thiß provided for buildings being erected by the council on the borough and domain endowments, on Glasgow leases, giving the occupiers the option of becoming owners of all improvements. The endowments of the borough and'domain total about 250 acres, which can be dealt with.
