In the matter of "The Municipal Corporations Act," "The Local Bodies Loans Act," and "The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908." -i HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NO- - TICE that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Borough of Te Kuiti will be taken on THURSDAY, the 19th day of December, 1912, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. upon the proposal of the Te Kuiti Borough Council to raise a Special Loan of Thirteen thousand pounds (£13.000) under the provisions of "The Local Bodies Loans Act 1908,." and its amendments; for the purpose of the completion of the various works of the Borough.
