At the statutory annual meeting of the Kawhia County Council, held on Wednesday, November 27th, Cr W. Shaw was re-elected chairman. A report of the ordinary meeting, which was held subsequent to the statutory meeting, will appear in next issue. The members of Te Kuiti Swimming Club met last evening, and it was definitely decided to proceed with the erection of dressing room. Special thanks is due to Mr G. Hitchcock for offer to supply galvanised iron and timber for roof, bo as the dressing shed would be completed at once. The members of the club will meet
