Mr E. A. Hunt, the new Home Missionary of the Methodist body, Ohura, has now settled down in his large district to his work in the interests of the people, and should folk require his aid in celebrating marriages or any other religious feature he will be pleased to officiate at any function that pertains to his special calling, it notified in good time. At the present time an effort is being made to build a Methodist church at Mangaroa township, and a sale gift is to take place on the 17th April to raise more fund 3 to enable the people to accomplish this object, so that there will bo a building in which to worship in- Help in the way of sending some article or donation towards the church building fund will be thankfully received.
