WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL. RAISING A LOAN UNDER PARAGRAPH (d) OF SECTION 15 OF "THE LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACT, 1908," BY WAY OF SPECIAL ORDER. IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 15, of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," and with the consent of the ratepayers of the MATAPARU SPECIAL RATING AREA, IN THE WAITOMO COUNTY, hereinafter described, testified by a Petition signed by not less thai, three fourths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area, the capital values of whose properties as appearing on the Valuation Roll of the said County is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the ratepayers who did not so consent, the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves as follows: — FOR the purpose of metalling a portion of the Otorohanga-Hangatiki road, the Waitomo County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £SOO at 3| per cent, per annum for a period of 36| years and declares that the cost of raising said loan and the first year's interest on the loan shall be payable out of the monies so raised. The Special Rating District comprises the whole of the following sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, No. 2 B 6654, Whareraurekau, and part of No. 1 F, Orahiri, of Block VIII., Orahiri. The above resolution was passed at a Special Meeeting of the Waitomo County Council on the 17th October, 1910, and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at the next Ordinary Meeeting oc the Council, to be held at the County Chambers, Te Kuiti, on Wednesday, the 23rd of November, 1910. mHAT in pursuance and exercise of J- the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves as follows: — THAT for the purpose of providing Interest and other charges on a loan of £SOO, authorised to be raised by the Waitomo County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of metalling portion of the OtorohsngaHangatiki road, the said Waitomo County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Kate of One Penny and One Farthing in the Pound, upon the rateable values of all rateable properties in the MATAPARU SPECIAL EATING AREA, comprising the whole of Sections Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, No. 2 B 6C54, Whareraurekau and part of No. 1 F, Orahiri, of Block VIII., Orahiri; and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the Ist day of February, and Ist day of August, in each and every year during the currency of such loan being a period of 36J years or until the ioan is fully paid off; and subject in all respects to the provisions relating to a Special Rate raised as a security for a loan under the said Act, The interest to be paid on such loan is at the rate of Four Pounds Seventeen Shillings and Sixpence per cent, per annum and the interest thereon for one year together with the cost of raising the loan is to be paid out of such loan. The above resolution was passed at a Special Meeting of the Waitomo County Council on the 17th of October, 1910, and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at the next Ordinary Meeting of the Council* to be held at the County Chambers, Te Kuiti, on Wednesday, the 23rd of November, 1910. IN pursuance and exercise of the power vested in it by Section 15 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," and with the consent of the ratepayers of the HONIKIWI SPECIAL RATING AREA, in the Waitomo County, hereinafter described, testified by a petition signed by not less than threefourths of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area, the capital value of whose properties as appearing on the Valuation Roil of the said County is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the said ratepayers who did not so consent, the Waitomo County Council hereby resolves as follows :--- FOR the purpose of metalling the several roads in the Honikiwi Rating Area, the Waitomo County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan of £4OOO, at oh per cent, per annum for a period of SGI year 3 and declares that the cost of raising said loan and the first year's interest on the loan shall be payable out of the monies so raised— HONIKIWI SPECIAL RATING AREA.- —Commencing at a point at the North-East comer of Section 6, Block 16, Pirongia survey district, thence on the North generally by the Northern boundaries of said Section 6 Elk. 16, and Section E2, Section 2, Turoto, and Section 2 to the Moakuraura stream, thence by said Moakuraura stream to the North-East corner of Orahiri No. 3, Block 14, then by Northern boundary of said Section Orahiri No. 8 and
