OTOROHANGA MEDICAL ASSOCIATION.
A preliminary meeting of promoters of the above association was held in Mr Green's office on the evening of the 2Sth inst. Ways and means for inaugurating the association were discussed at length. The secretary of the Ohura medical association kindly forwarded information re societies of this nature. It was decided to circularise and canvass the town and out-lying dis tricts for intending members. It is to be hoped that the matter will be taken up enthusiastically as it will fill a long-felt want in the district.
