Honikiwi, Waifaanga, and Awakino North. The following letter from the Post-master-Genera! has been received bj Mr VV. T. Jennings, M.P., with reference to additional telephone ollkes:- ■ "Sir, —I have the honour to refer to my letter of the 22nd December last, with respect to tru petitions from the settlers at Honikiwi, Waita-anga and Awakino North, asking' that telephone offices be established at those place-i, and have pleasure in informing you that arrangements are being made to give effect to the ic requests, the necessary guarantee against loss on the working of the ofliees having been given."—J.
