LOYAL TE KUITI LODGE 1.0.0. F., M.U.
The usual fortnightly meeting of the above lodge was held on Thursday August sth, when several important matters affecting the lodge were discussed, and it was decided to call a special summoned meeting to be held on August 19th,to finally discuss them and at which meeting all members roost be present. A photo of the opening of the new Oddfellows* Hall at Hamilton was presented to tn« Lodge by three of the members who were present and an offer by another member to frame the photo was accepted with thanks. Several more members were proposed.
This Lodge has now toe appearance of becoming a strong branch of the Society. The Lodge went into harmony and all members present formed themselves into a committee to discuss matters re annual ball. The committee meets in brother Holland's rooms at 7.30 p.m on Monday, August 9th. After an enjoyable evening the lodge closed about 10.30 p.m.
