OHURA VALLEY.

The Education Board have had the bush felled on Tatu school site, and are considering the advisability of erecting a school thereon, at ah early date. In the meantime arrangements have been made to fix up an old building as a temporary school, and instruction is expected to commence immediately after the Christmas holidays. There are sixteen children of school age within a radius of less than two miles. Working bees have been busy of late preparing the Recreation Ground for sports on December 17th, when £4O is to be given in prize money.
