Keep Railway Wagons Moving 1 LOAD QUICKLY, UNLOAD QUICKLY, RELEASE QUICKLY. Quick turnround of railway wagons is important always; just now it is imperative. Reconditioned wagons and new wagons are being added to the existing fleet as fast as possible. Meanwhile, every wagon in commission must be kept moving, and rail freighters are urged to make special time-saving efforts in loading end unloading. Only by wholehearted, unselfish teamwork in this respect can all requirements be satisfied. WE MUST GET QUICKER TURNROUND.
