BENGHAZI BOMBED.

JUNKERS SHOT DOWN. LONDON, June 5. A Royal Air Force communique from the Middle East states that another attack was made on military objectives in Benghazi by Royal Air Force bombers on Sunday night. A number of explosions were caused in the harbour area. • Two Junkers 88’s were anti-aircraft fire over Tobruk on JFmday, and another enemy aircraft was shot down by anti-aircraft fire off Alexandria on Saturday night. In Abyssinia, bombing has been continued in the Gondar area, the Sciola area, on the Omo River, and at Debarech. Aircraft of the Royal Air Force, South African Air Force, and a Free French unit, took part in these operations. One of our aircraft is missing.
