ENEMY COAST PENETRATED

RECONNAISSANCE RAIDS. LONDON, June 26. A communique states: Naval and military raiders, in co-operation with the Royal Air Force, yesterday carried out successful reconnaissances on the enemy coastline. Landings were effected at a number of points and contact made xvith the German troops. Casualties were inflicted, and some enemy dead fell into our hands. Much useful information was obtained. There xvere no British casualties. No details of where the landing xxas made arc given.
