GOLF
KAIKOURA CLUB. The third annual tournament of the Kaikoura Golf Club will bo hold during the week-end and for which record entries have boon received. Each year has seen an increase in the number of entries received by the Club for its tournament, and it speaks well for the future of the Club when it can run a tournament and get so many entries from golfers who come long distances to compete. Early starts, will be necessary each day and players will assist tho Club by being punctual. Any competitor not on the tee and ready to start at the appointed time will lose his place and will, if the committee so desires, have a fresh scorer allotted.
