The annual general meeting of the Kaikoura Suburban Hall Society is convened for Thursday, June 24, to receive report and balance-sheet, elect officers and committee, and consider proposed amendments to rules. At the card evening held in the Band Room on Thursday, under the dire< tion of the Kaikoura branch of the New Zealand Labour Party, the winners were Mrs E. H. AVorknian and Mesdames AV. A. Ferry and A. B. Clark shared the men’s prize.
