DAIRY PRODUCE
BUTTER IRREGULAR LONDON, November 1. The butter market has continued irregular, but buyers are not too well supplied and have, been squeezed for new season’s. A fair quantity of last season’s New Zealand butter is still available at around 98/-. It is difficult to forecast the future, buyers generally not being optimistic of any appreciable advance, and they consider that fluctuations will continue. The cheese market is featureless and it seems impossible to get any lift in the New Zealand section, despite the shortage of available supplies.
