Following arc the averages for April in connection with the Alarlborough Herd-testing Association:— Kaikoura: 267 cows, 447 lbs milk, 5.4 test, 24.28 lbs butterfat; highest herd average, 55 cows, 28.6Ubs butter-fat; lowest herd average, 16.46 lbs butterfat; highest cow, 50 lbs butterfat. Wairau: 322 cows, 37G lbs milk, 5.0 test, 18.74 lbs fat; highest herd average, 13 cows, 32.46 lbs fat; lowest average 10.06 lbs fat; highest lbs fat.
