OBITUARY

MR JOHN ARUNDALE The death took place at Reefton Hospital this morning of Mr Tohn Arundale, a well known miner. Tbe deceased wa3 for some time employed at the Globe Mine and other mines in Reefton and at the Blackwater Mine at Waiuta. later residing at Crnshingtou; and had been in the Hospital for a considerable time. The deceased was a single mao and suffered from miners' phthisis. He was a native of England, aged 70 years, and had been in tbe Dominion for about 50 years. Tbe Interment will take place to-morrow afternoon, leaving the Hospital at 1.30 for the Suburban Cemetery.
