INANSAHUA COUNTY COUNCIL Public Notice IN pursuance and exercise of the powers ’ vested in it in that behalf of part II of “ The Local Authorities Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33 ” and “ The Inangahua County Loans Conversion .Order, 1934,” the Inangahua County Council hereby gives notice that it is the intention at a meeting to be held at the Council Chambers, Buller Road, on THURSDAY the 29th day of November, 1934, at 10 30 o’clock in the morning, to consider and if thought fit pass the following resolution :
That, for the purpose of providing the Interest, Sinking Fund and other charges'on the new Securities authorised to be issued by the Inangahua County Council under the above mentioned Act and Order, whether ih conversion of existing securities issued in respect of the Loan set out in the first Schedule to that Order, or for .the purpose of providing for Cash premium payments, and also the interest, sinking fund, and other charges, or, as the case may be, instalments of principal and interest on the unconverted securities issued in respect of such loan, the said Inangahua County Council hereby -makes and levies a Special Rate of .427 of one penny in the pound upon the Rateable value on the basis of the Unimproved Value of all rateable property in the County of Inangahua and that such Special Rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such securities, and be payable yearly on the 30th day of June in each and every year until the _ last maturity date of such securities, being the first day of December, 1964, or until all such securities are fully paid off'.’ 1 The Valuation Rolls in respect of the various Ridings in the County of Inangahua are open for inspection at the Office of the Council, Buller Road, Reefton, during office hours.
