IN SEARCHING BOOKS. (United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BUENOS AYRES, Nov. 12. The Senate of Constitutional Affairs Committee, ruled on Monday that the Senate has tbs authority. to. invoke police aid if necessary to obtain the books of packing firms, including British and United States companies. Several packers have refused to submit books in tbe investigation of profits and other matters.
