LONDON, J\lne 6. The Mail’s Geneva correspondent declares; Confusion reigns supreme as the result of‘yesterday’s wrangles. The General Commission will not meet until general proposals are formu-
lated. The Chronicle’s Geneva correspondent assarts that progress is at present impossible.
The sooner delegates depart the better.
The Times’ Geneva correspondent says: The true issue now is-. ‘ clear enough, namely,. Prance and Russia are building up a defensive alliance against Germany. They call this security and seek tfcie League’s sanction for it.
'The Guardian’s Geneva correspondent asserts that -a number of German emissaries at Geneva definitely indicates early negotiations for a return of Germany to the League and Disarmament Conference.
AM Germany awaits is an invitation from the great Powers to rejoin.
