GENERAL AMNESTY
FOR POLITICAL EXILES WHO RECOGNISE FASCIST REGIME (United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) ROME, October 26. (Rec 8.30 p.m., October 26.) At Milan, Mussolini electrified a huge audience in Cathedral Square by announcing that he was prepared to order a general amnesty for political exiles who will recognise the Fascist regime. He alluded to them as derelicts and deludeds of the old political parties from whom, the Fascists had nothing to learn.
