NO AGREEMENT DOMINION - BASIS PAILS (Per Unlljd Press Assn.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. No agreement was reached hy the Conciliation Council today when the 'hearing of the industrial dispute between the New Zealand Master Bakers and Employees, adjourned from October Ist, continued. Through this means, proceedings oi » Dominion basis failed. The workers’ assessors indicated tha they were not prepared to give waj on the wages, a 48 hour week and th question of junior labourers. Mr Bishop said he was afraid th meeting would have to agree to differ There was no use in dodging th facts. Substantial savings had to h made in the baking industry.
