GISBORNE HARBOUR BOARD. NOTICE TO ITS ENGINEER (United Press Assn.) GISBORNE, Last Night. Taking the stand, that economies must he effected and that now loan works had been completed, there was no longer the same use for hia services, Glshorne Harbour Board decided today to give the engineer, C. P. Marshall Smith, three months’ notice of termination of his services.
