SETS FIRE TO BULL RING SENSATIONAL HAPPENINGS (United Press Aasn—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) MADRID, August 27. The mob set fire to Almagro bull ring because Ortega, one of Spain's best fighters, refused to fight because the owner was unable to pay the fee. Six infuriated bulla careered Into the arena. Thousands were trapped but eventually escaped. The military shot the hulls.
