THE BIG RACE BILLY ELLIOTT THE EIDER (United Press Assn —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) AGUA CALTENTE, March 15. Billy Elliott, Australian jockey, will ride Phar Lap in the Handicap on Sunday. David Davis, owner, announced the decision today. Elliott was brought from Australia to ride Phar Lap in the fifty thousand dollar race, hut final decision on the rider was delayed until Elliott had a chance to ride a few races on American tracks.
