League Commission Reed 9 15 a.m Geneva, Dec 22 The League has 1 appointed the following Commission to visit Man eburia at the New Year: Earl Lyddon Clandel, Member of tbe French Supreme War Council; Herr Schrice, formerly Governor of New German East Africa; Count Aldo Brandini, formerly Italian Ambassador at Berlin; Mr Walker Hines, an American lawyer who acted as arbitrator io Europe under the peace treaties in 1921-22, and Investigator of tbe Rhine and Danube Navigation for tbe League of Nations in 1925.
