I REVIEW AND FORECAST j WELLINGTON, Last Night. | General situation: Cyclones are cen- 1 tred today respectively west of North Island and off New South Wales coast, while a weak helt of high pressure j extends between southern New Zealand and Tasmania. j FORECAST Winds: Moderate to strong northeasterly north of New Plymouth and} Napier, Of gale force in places; elsewhere moderate hut freshening easterly to southeasterly. Seas (N.Z. waters): Heavy north of East Cape and offshore north of Cape Egmont; elsewhere rather rough to rough. Eastern Tasman sea: Strong northeast winds to gales in the northern ? portion with rough to heavy seas; moderate to fresh southeasterly winds with rather rough seas in the southern portion. Weather: Still unsettled and cloudy and misty with rain in most districts; further heavy falls in the North Island with some flooding, more especially in northern and East Coast portions. !
