A similar charge against another offender, for being found on the j Albion Hotel, Black’s Point, after hours was dismissed on the ground that the accused was the bona fide guest of the licensee. Civil Case Judgment was given for plaintiff I by default in the case Harold Bros. * v E. Bourke, for £2l 9s 4 1 and I £4 3s 6d.
