All horses must be on the track at least 15 minutes and at the post ready to start ten minutes before the advertised time of starting. 5. Entries shall be made in writing, signed by the owner of the horse, or by telegram, which shall be equally binding. Entries by telegram, however, mnst be confirmed in writing at the earliest oppor tunity. 6. (Rule 172, Rules of Trotting.) By the entering of or endeavouring to enter a horse, every person having or subseacquiring any interest in such Eid borse, shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by these RulesJ and to be debarred from questioning the action or conduct of the Club, or such other body holding a sports meeting, or any official of the Club, or such other body in respoct of such horse, or of any person connected therewith, otherwise than is provided for in Part XXX.
