Army Estimates.

London, March 13. The Army Estimates were challenged regarding preparedness for war. Colonel Seely exhibited a marked envelope and offered to show it to any member of the Opposition under' a pledge of secrecy. He said it contained plans for despatching 150,000 troops overseas in a few days, with three months' ammunition and stores. Subsequently the Speaker doubted the possibility Df doing this without denuding he country.
