An Alleged Bigamist.
rer Press Association, Napier, May 11. Jas A. Crooks was remanded to JJannevirke this morning on the charge of bigamy. It is alleged he was first married ar Norsewood, where he deserted his wife 9 or 10 years ago, and married.a second wife with whom he was found living near Granity.
