Miners' Eight Hours Bill.
(Hy Electric Telegraph.) P«r Press Association.—Copyright London, May 7. The Miners' Federation has instructed its members to refuse to accept a reduction of wages when the Eight Hours Bill operates. The Scottish employers propose 5s 6d per day instead ol 6s. The Lancashire owners agree not to reduce for six months.
