Air in Coal Mines.

Mr Fraser for the Crown, said that whatever construction Mr Wid-; dowsoo, S.M., might j-uton the Act, the decision was bound to be appealed against. He maintained the Act meant ventilation in the mine, and every working part. Judgment was reserved.
