AUCKLAND, July 27 Mr Dyer, S.M., in giving judg- ! meni on a charge against a motorman of failing to stop to take passengers, said if it was intended to take up the position that passengers must signal, the widest publicity should be given to it. In this case the charge would be dismissed, as the prosecution had not proved the defendant knew he was required to stop. i
