Tho Post sta'es this is attributable to the administration of the Government' not forwarding the warrant owing to the difficulty the Sheriff had of cbtaininga competent hangman. When the Kxecu tives decision was communicated io Bosher he remained very calm and appears qnite resigned to his late. So far as is known no attempt will be made to obtain a reprieve. | DATE OF EXECUTION FIXED. This Day. Bosher will be hanged at eight | o'clock eu Wednesday morning.
