IN accordance with the provisions of •' The School Committees Election Act, 1891,"' the Nelson Education Board hereby notifies that Meetings of Householders will be held in the School Districts with* in the Education District of Nelson, at 8 p.m. on MONDAY, the 26th day of April, 1897, for the Electic# of School Cnmmittees. The meeting at Denniston will be held m the old school, and at Westport in the Town Hall. In all other Districts the meeting wil be held in- the Schoolroom. Householders may send in writing io the Chairman of their respective School ' Committees, to be delivered before 8 p.m. on MONDAY, thi 19th day of April, the names of persons being resident householders nominated by them to serve on the School Committee for tbe year next ending, Each nomination must be signed' by the proposer and candidate, and be in the form, or to the effect of the Schedule attached to " The School Committees Election Act, 1891." In the following .School Districts the Committee will consist of FIVE Resident Householders, viz., Brighton, Central Buller, Cronadun, Karamea, Murchison, Merrijigs.
