At a Cabinet uxaatiag to-day Mr Munro, Premier, aacapted the AgentGeneralship, and Mr Shiels sucseads Mr Munro as Premier. Sir P. T. Sirgood and the Hons. Massrs Davis, Ham, and Fraser, members of the Ministry in the Council, resign with Mr Mnnro, as they oppose the oae-man-one-vote principle, which is .to be the chief plank in ths platform- of the re-constructed Ministry at the' general election.
